Rural Support is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.
The person with overall responsibility of data handling is our Chief Executive and the Data Protection Supervisor in the office is Deborah Gavin who may be contacted on 028 8676 0040 during office hours.
Rural Support is a registered charity (number 102591) established in 2001 to deliver support to those living in rural communities and in particular farm families. We collect your data so that we may effectively deliver our services to include our mentoring and helpline support.
Data held will not be shared with third parties without the express authority of the client and we do not intend transferring personal data to a third country.
We will store your data for as long as is deemed necessary to complete delivery of our service and for no longer than is necessary to comply with UK National Law.
You have the right to have your personal data rectified or erased. You have the right to restrict or object as to how we use your personal data.
You have the right to data portability.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You have a right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you don’t provide us with the necessary information we may not be in a position to provide you with the support or service requested.
We do not take part in any automated decision making or profiling.
