Emergency Fund

Rural Support has established an Emergency Fund to assist farmers and farming families who are struggling financially as a result of a recent farm accident or who are currently experiencing exceptional personal circumstances due to ill-health or incapacity. With limited funds available the charity will support a small number of applicants each year who meet the criteria as set out in the organisation’s Emergency Fund manual. Financial support available will be in the region of £500- £2,000. Final decisions on applications are at the discretion of agreed panel members.
